    Product details

    A tablet or PC can be used to operate the heat pump, carry out settings and enable access to the new SERVICEWELT. If required, a smartphone can be used to access and adjust the heating system or simply check that everything is running smoothly. The Internet Service Gateway is your entry into STIEBEL ELTRON's new SERVICEWELT, which will gradually be expanded to include new services and appliance links.

Installation Information:

Please ask your local power supply utility or a registered electrician to install appliances that are not fully wired, i.e. ready to plug in. The electrician should also be able to assist you with obtaining the agreement of the respective power supply utility required for the appliance installation.
